Will FertilitySmart help after using Depo-Provera, Nexplanon or Mirena?

Hormone imbalances can cause problems with cycle length and if you are looking to either lengthen or shorten your cycle for optimum fertility then FertilitySmart Conceive for Women can help. Some women also use it help 'kickstart' a sluggish reproductive cycle and bring about a more regular pattern. If you have not been having regular cycles for some time and do not find that FertilitySmart Conceive for Women helps after a few months we would suggest a visit to your doctor to rule out anything requiring medical intervention.

If you have been on an injectable or implantable form of contraception such as Depo-Provera or Nexplanon do be aware that it can take some time - anywhere from 2 months to a year - before your periods become normal again. FertilitySmart Conceive for Women might help here but results will vary. You may want to see your doctor to discuss other options to restart your cycle if you do not want to wait for FertilitySmart or nature to take its course.

Most women will find their cycle resumes fairly quickly after the removal of a hormonal IUD such as Mirena but for others it can be a few months before things get back to normal. As above, FertilitySmart may help this happen sooner.
